Orders, delivery and returns

Every set on this site is sold and shipped by the partner store the buy button opens. That store holds the order record, the delivery schedule, the return window and the warranty, so anything about a parcel is quickest to resolve in your account there. If something arrives faulty, start with the store and copy us in — we want to know.

Response times

We answer on working days, usually within one of them. Late October is the exception: the last week before Halloween is the busiest week of our year and replies can stretch to two or three days. If a question is urgent in that week, say so in the subject line.

Before you write

Most letters that reach this desk ask the same three things, so here they are in one paragraph. A FANL bracelet carries its own controller — a single button cycles steady, fast flash and slow flash, and nothing on the band answers to a remote or to sound. Each band ships with two cells fitted and one spare, which please keep sealed and out of reach of small children. If you are counting a crowd at an outdoor event, order one shade per group: the security of a fast headcount comes from the contrast between colours, not from brightness.
