FANL Terms of Use
Using this site
This site presents the FANL range of LED glow bracelets. You are welcome to read it, quote it and link to it. You may not copy the pages wholesale, present our photography as your own, or use our brand name for a product that is not ours.
Product information
Measurements, runtimes, colour counts and cell types on these pages come from the product listings for each set. We check them when we build a page and we correct them when a set changes. Manufacturing tolerances mean a measurement can vary slightly from band to band.
Prices
Prices shown here are the ones recorded when the page was last built and are given as a guide. The price that applies to you is the one shown by the store at the moment you check out, and that store can change it at any time without telling us.
Outbound links
The buy buttons open the partner store that stocks the set. Once you leave this site, that store's own terms, privacy policy and return rules apply to everything that happens next, and we have no control over them.
Safety and liability
Our bands contain coin cells, which are dangerous if swallowed. Keep spares out of reach, check every battery door is closed, supervise children who are wearing a band, and treat the product as a party accessory rather than safety equipment. We are not liable for loss or injury arising from use that ignores those notices.
Changes to these terms
We update this page when something about the site changes. The version you are reading is the one that applies, and continuing to use the site after an update means the updated terms apply to you.
What the range is, in plain terms
Everything described on this site belongs to one family of woven LED bands. Each bracelet has an on-board controller rather than a remote, and no model is voice or sound activated, so nothing on these pages should be read as promising either. Runtime and wrist figures are the manufacturer's and are stated as approximations — please treat them that way when you plan an event. Nothing here is a security certification, and the bands are not safety equipment.
